Can anyone identify this woman (celebrity?)?

I have a picture of a woman who walked the red carpet at the world premiere of Pirates Of The Caribbean 3: At World's End from Saturday, May 19, 2007. I do not know who she is. I only took her picture because everyone was telling me to (I assumed she is a celebrity). She has dark blonde hair, parted down the center (no bangs). She wore a dress that was white, black and red (white with black and red "leaves" - mostly black and white with a bit of red blended in) the dress was sleeveless (bunched up over the chest and looks like maybe tied around the neck?). She wore a black belt with the dress. She was with a guy in a black or navy suit. He also had dark blonde hair. If you were there, review your video/photos from the premiere and see if you know who she is (or maybe the guy she is with)
