Ok, all of the celebrities are wearing their hair in these cute tight and loose "S" shape, spiral type curls. And they seem to stay. How can I curl my hair that way? I want my curls to be spirally not bouncy like Curly Sue. Thanks

It's a combination of a professional iron (extra hot ceramic tapered from 1" to 1/4" at the end.), all the right styling products (I could write a book on that. You need different things for different hair types.), and technique.
Stylist start with a strand of hair and wrap it from the base to the end. As you wrap it around the iron, the strand twists slightly. It gives the spiral curl you're speaking of.
It's really something you need to see. It's hard to write about how to do it.

blow dry hair and go over it with a flat iron and then use a medium diameter cUrling iron and curl away from ur face and and lightly mist with hair spray
