My hair is frizzy, pretty dry, and obstinant. Can the hair be silkened up in any way chemically? How do celebrities with curly hair have such shiny, soft smooth hair?

Whenever you have time,even while your sleeping just dampen your hair and coat it with conditioner,put a plastic bag over it and leave it in as long as you have time. Make sure you bag it though,that holds your body heat in and helps to allow you hair to absorb the moisture. Also i would suggest that you buy a styling pomade for curly hair.John Freida has one pick it up its worth a shot. You should try to not blow dry it,you can put the pomade on your damp hair and letit air dry,it will look great.
