How do I part my hair off to the side in the popular way girls are wearing it now?

My hairstylist always gives me a nice part on the side, that goes a little on an angle, and it looks almost like the part diappears into itself (am I making sense? It's hard to describe) Alot of celebrities part their hair this way, and I can never seem to re-create this part...is there a trick to doing this that I'm missing?

Put mousse on it after you get out of the shower, take a brush or comb and part the bangs where you want them to fall. then blow dry your hair using a downward motion with your brush (on the bangs), this will help keep them in place.

I don't know exactly what you're talking about but I part my hair on the side and there's no real trick. Just comb it to the side and voila!! Perfect side part. If that's no help... Sorry!

ok. i had this problem too but i jus toyed around with it and i found sumthing that works(for me,..hope it does for you too) ok this is my little secret...ok well not really but i wanted the credit lol...all that I do is i take my brush in one hand and comb the hair back from the top of your forehead. then take a comb in the other hand and on one end of it run it down the part of hair you want to part. then you jus comb the hair flat and smooth. I really hope this works as well(%26amp; u could understand it) for you as it did for me)

comb your bangs to the side. make sure your hairline is also in line with it.

in order to keep it there, comb it a few times in the bangs direction. this is because the hair roots are used to having your original hair position, so combing it a few times might keep it still in the side swept bang position.

you might think it feels weird, but after a few minutes, it feels normal.
